He went above and beyond when it came to fixing the damages that were done by the previous owners. The stairs went from carpet to hardwood and he even added the iron balusters and they look amazing!!He was always available via text message and phone calls when it came to ideas for the home and scheduling. They made sure to be punctual, careful and even worked around my husbands remote schedule. We had pets and they made sure to give us specific details when it came to letting them out of the room when they were done! They even cleaned after each day of work so that we could move around the house freely. John and his team truly went above and beyond they fixed the major squeaks on the floor and to be honest about a week or two after he was done I reached out due to one step on our staircase and he came back out and fixed it without issues; this truly showed us that he cared about his work and making sure his customers were happy. After contacting three other flooring contractors, one didn’t show up and the other two came to our home and gave us bids but then they wouldn’t return our texts, phone calls, or emails. But to my good fortune I found John with Atlanta floors. The thought of refinishing our hardwood floors was very stressful for us since you literally have to move out of your home, but thanks to John it was a breeze. He and his crew carefully removed everything from the main floor of our home and when the job was done returned everything to its original place without a scratch. After the floors were sanded, John taped off an area and applied four different stain colors for us to see and make a color choice. He worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the stain color. In addition we had carpet removed from the stairs and master bedroom and new hardwood installed. The wood match and instal was perfect. We had also done a kitchen remodel which left areas where no hardwood had been laid and or was damaged, he added wood to these areas with perfect precision, and the match was flawless. He also replaced the carpet in two guest bedrooms and the master bathroom closets, removed carpet and added new vinyl planks to almost the entire lower floor of our house. He is an awesome craftsman and has become a friend.
